11-year-old Dylan is battling cancer.
Dylan is courageously fighting B-cell lymphoma that has spread to his central nervous system. He began treatment in January 2025, but soon developed pain that led to a secondary diagnosis. As symptoms worsened, he lost the ability to walk and use his arms. With chemotherapy, medication, and therapy, Dylan has been steadily regaining mobility. He has faced each challenge with remarkable determination and recently underwent a bone marrow transplant.

What is B-cell lymphoma?
According to the American Cancer Society: B-cell lymphomas are cancers that begin in B lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that plays a key role in the immune system. While most B-cell lymphomas start in the lymph nodes, they can sometimes spread to the central nervous system (CNS), which includes the brain and spinal cord. When lymphoma involves the CNS, it can cause neurological symptoms such as weakness, difficulty walking, vision changes, or coordination problems. Treatment may involve chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation, and sometimes a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
